Eligibility: This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Yorkshire Spa Retreat and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter: Entry is via the website form only, as specified in the competition announcement. Only one entry per person is permitted.
Competition Period: The competition begins at 9:00 AM on 1st December 2024 and ends at midnight on 20th December 2024. Late entries will not be accepted.
Prize: One winner will receive a Festive Tipple Hamper, filled with seasonal treats and festive drinks. The contents of the hamper may vary from the image displayed.
Prize Collection: The winner must collect the hamper from Yorkshire Spa Retreat, Helmsley, within 14 days of being notified. If the hamper is not collected within this period, it will be donated to charity. Delivery is not available.
Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 48 hours of the competition closing. The winner will be notified by email or phone and must respond within 5 days to confirm collection. If the winner does not respond within this time an alternative winner will be selected. If after two winners are selected, arrangements are not made to confirm collection, the hamper will be donated to charity
Publicity: By entering the competition, participants agree to have their name and/or image used in any promotional material related to the competition if they win.
Data Protection: Personal information provided by participants will only be used in accordance with Yorkshire Spa Retreat’s privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties.

Our Yorkshire Spa Retreat team will ensure that your visit with us is as relaxing as possible, and will look after your needs throughout your visit, so if you do have any queries with regards to you experience with, we would kindly recommend that you have a chat with our Guest Experience Team, who will always be happy to help. Our friendly team will seek to rectify your query immediately and ensure we get your experience right back on track. However, if for any reason this is not possible, they will escalate any issues raised to the park Owners who will review your query.
